Chase Andrews serves as Vice President of Service Operations and Continuous Improvement for the Americas Service Division of Diebold Nixdorf. He is responsible for service delivery support functions, data analytics and continuously improving the customer service experience. Over the past decade at Diebold Nixdorf, Chase has served in several engineering, quality and large account management roles, in both the U.S. and Europe. Prior to joining DN, Chase spent 10 years in the semiconductor and contract manufacturing industry in engineering, manufacturing and operations roles.

Jeff Bender is Vice President of Digital Solutions for Diebold Nixdorf. Director, ATM Product Management
First Data Corporation
Eric is responsible for lifecycle management of existing products and for identifying new and emerging products in the ATM management and reporting space for First Data. He has spent his entire career in the financial services industry, including the past 21 years at First Data in various Debit and ATM product roles. Prior to joining First Data, Eric spent five years with PNC Bank in Pittsburgh as an operations officer and senior information systems security administrator, where he was responsible for process re-engineering, policy and procedure development, and the establishment of a security awareness program. Eric holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Kent State University.
Chief Technology Officer
Bill Bodin is Kony’s Chief Technology Officer. In this role, Bill is responsible for fortifying Kony’s innovation leadership in the enterprise mobility market, and shaping Kony’s technology vision. He chairs the company’s architect council, leads the technology evangelism efforts and works with Kony’s growing base of global enterprise customers to achieve business outcomes through mobile innovation. Bill brings more than 30 years of technology industry experience to Kony, and previously served as chief technology officer for IBM’s Mobile Computing CIO group where he was recognized as a Distinguished Engineer and Master Inventor at IBM. He also holds numerous patents in domains including Mobile Computing, Operating Systems, Media, Telematics, Consumer Electronics and Healthcare. Prior to joining Kony, Bill was a multiple CIO100 Award-winner, having founded IBM’s Pervasive Computing Lab, created IBM Catalyst (the mobile development accelerator framework) and IBM’s first mobile app store, Whirlwind.

Chad Buckland is the Vice President and General Manager for U.S. Regional Accounts at Diebold Nixdorf. He leads 200+ high performing sales and client management professionals in selling systems, software and services to thousands of customers across the U.S. As a member of the Diebold Nixdorf Global Leadership Team, he specializes in bringing teams across geographical boundaries and cultural differences together to help clients reshape their business through technology and innovation. In Chad’s 20+ year career, he has driven growth, addressed underperforming areas, promoted organizational change and helped DN maintain its value proposition in the market. Chad holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from the Purdue University Krannert School of Management.
Director, STAR ATM Acceptance
John has worked in the financial industry since 1998, and with ATM networks since 2000. John is responsible for the growth and optimization of STAR ATM Network Acceptance in the United States, including STAR Surcharge-Free and the role STAR Network plays at over 400k ATMs in the U.S. John joined STAR Network, a First Data company, in 2015 after a successful career with Virginia Credit Union where he was immersed in ATM & Debit Processing and branch automation, while managing the VACU’s ATM and PIN Debit Processing platforms for eight of his 15 years there. John shares his strong business acumen of the ATM business as an industry advocate for self-serve banking including previous roles as the Eastern Region Director for the TAG BOD, a member of the VISA ATM Working Group, the ATMIA Alternative OS Committee, CUNA Operations Council and now the U.S. Payments Forum’s ATM Working Group Committee and National ATM Council.
Senior Product Manager, Banking Software
Brent is responsible for the product management of all Diebold Nixdorf self-service terminal applications and supporting software. In this role, Brent manages the product, marketing and business requirements, along with strategy and vision, for Diebold Nixdorf software including VISTA, ProFlex4, Agilis and ProCash. Since joining Diebold Nixdorf in 2009, Brent has held a variety of customer-facing positions in services and engineering. Brent was a key contributor to the global launch of Diebold series hardware and has helped Diebold Nixdorf with the integration and rationalization of self-service software across the combined portfolios.
Vice President, Global Software Go-To-Market
Heather Gibbons leads Diebold Nixdorf’s global software go-to-market team, which is closely aligned with global software product management. She is responsible for developing and managing Diebold Nixdorf’s global software messaging and delivering go-to-market packages and strategy, as well as actively engaging with sales and customers to provide input to product management regarding key initiatives, market needs and portfolio enhancements. Heather has more than 10 years of experience at Diebold Nixdorf, having served as a software manager, software subject matter expert, senior national account manager for a top-10 financial institution in North America, and most recently as senior director of global software product management.
Senior Director, Global Advisory Services
As Diebold Nixdorf’s Senior Director, Global Advisory Services, Chris is responsible for leading Diebold Nixdorf’s advisory services delivery business, which assists financial institution clients on topics related to branch transformation, customer experience, technology adoption, channel optimization and efficiency improvement. With more than 25 years of experience in retail banking and strategy consulting, Chris advises financial institutions on how to transform the branch customer experience, increase operational efficiency, leverage branch technology and digital solutions and drive sales. He has led engagements for more than 250 financial institutions in the U.S., Canada, Latin America, South Africa, Middle East and Europe, and he is a leading subject matter expert on retail banking, having presented to more than 400 institutions.
Vice President, ATM Product Management Global Products & Innovations
Michael is Vice President, ATM Product Management, part of MasterCard’s Global Debit organization. In this role, he focuses on developing the overall global ATM and Cash Access product line strategy, delivering compelling solutions for all partners in the payments ecosystem, and growing ATM profitability.
Over the past 18 years, Michael has worked across MasterCard’s Debit Switch and Processing business units spanning Network, Core, Operations, Development and Architecture. He came to MasterCard with nine years of regional network experience working at STAR and Honor Network where he helped grow the network and spin up ATM, POS and card technology ventures.

Dan Goodman is currently Senior Vice President, ATM Product Management, part of MasterCard’s Global Debit organization. In this role, he focuses on building the ATM and Cash Access product line strategy, delivering compelling solutions for consumers and issuers, and growing ATM profitability. Previously, Mr. Goodman focused on partnerships, investments and acquisitions, working across MasterCard’s business units and all areas of the payments value chain. Mr. Goodman came to MasterCard with 10 years of experience spanning telecommunications, internet ventures and strategy consulting. He holds an MBA and Master of Engineering Management degrees from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and McCormick School of Engineering, and Bachelor degrees from The Wharton School and School of Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania as part of its Management & Technology program.
B. Scott Harroff
Chief Information Security Architect; Solution Manager Security and Fraud
B. Scott Harroff is responsible for leading Diebold Nixdorf’s customer-facing information security solutions. He ensures products and managed services meet the necessary information security standards and customer needs. He also is responsible for identifying information security solutions and partners needed to expand Diebold Nixdorf’s information security offerings. Though his focus is the top 100 U.S. financial institutions, he discusses information security best practices with hundreds of customers each year from the financial, retail, and commercial verticals. Prior to his current role, Scott served the comprehensive role of Information Security Officer, Director of Information Security, and Director of Telecommunications for Diebold Nixdorf—roles in which he was responsible for the protection of networks, systems and information assets.
Senior Director, Business Development & Alliances
Douglas Hartung is the Senior Director of Business Development and Alliances for Diebold Nixdorf. In this role, he is responsible for identifying, leading and evangelizing new business and product opportunities to expand our software portfolio. Prior to this role, Douglas was the Senior Director, Global Software Innovation, charged with creating value at the intersection of physical and digital currencies, payments and value exchange.
Network Architect, Professional Services
Ann is a Network Architect on Diebold Nixdorf’s Professional Services team, with more than 25 years of experience in PS. In her current role she provides technical support on new products and server solutions as well as working with the Global Software Professional Services team and individual customers across North America. Her main focus is transaction processing, ATM software, Commander/Xpression, transaction middleware and Vynamic™ Marketing software.
Hormuzd (Homi) Karkaria
Vice President, Software and Services Solutioning
Hormuzd ‘Homi’ Karkaria is responsible for managing the global software portfolio, developing the software delivery model and enhancing customer collaboration and consulting processes. Prior to Diebold Nixdorf, Homi held various executive-level positions at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise Services. He most recently served as vice president, strategic programs. In that role, he was responsible for leading strategic programs for the turnaround of HP’s application and business unit, as well as managing the relationship with MphasiS, an acquisition of HP. Prior to this, Homi also ran the company’s pre-sales and global delivery teams in Brazil, Argentina, Costa Rica, Egypt, Poland, India, China and Philippines.
Director of Managed Services, Northeast U.S.
Joel Keller is Diebold Nixdorf’s Director, Managed Services for the Northeastern United States. In this role, he is responsible for driving sales of Managed Services, solutions selling strategy, new territory growth, customer relationship building and needs assessments. Over the past two decades Joel has worked in the financial industry in various roles including sales, account management for TD Bank, integrated services management and sales, solution architecture, consultative sales and executive account management. Joel has a B.S. in Business Administration – Finance from Western New England University.
Global Solutions Pre-Sales Architect
Mark is a Global Solutions Pre-Sales Architect on the Business Development, Software team. In this role he provides technical direction for new solutions and innovations, as well as working with customers and partner organizations to design solutions to help them succeed with their business goals. Mark has more than 19 years of experience in the self-service industry in development, architecture, and presales areas, and has provided innovative and new product solutions for our customers throughout his career.
Vice President, North America Field Services
Kevin Krauch is Vice President of North America Field Services for Diebold Nixdorf. Working alongside the sales, software, and managed services teams, he is responsible for the field service and installation organizations in the U.S. and Canada. Kevin has been with Diebold Nixdorf for 11 years, and has extensive experience and success leading field service organizations for more than 25 years. Responding to well over two million service requests annually, his teams provide all of the necessary on-site support to maintain customers’ equipment, improve customer loyalty, drive employee engagement, and build operational excellence.
Vice President, Global Business Services
Brian Lynch is Vice President and Head of Global Business Services for Diebold Nixdorf. For the past three years, he has been responsible for overseeing back-end functions from order management through cash application, procurement operations, and accounting. He is focused on driving continuous operational improvement, while incorporating customer feedback into changes that positively impact end results for our customers. In addition, Brian is responsible for the integration of the legacy Diebold and Wincor Nixdorf finance shared-service operations both in North America and across the globe. Prior to joining Diebold Nixdorf, Brian was a partner with Accenture, a global consulting firm, with over 18 years working in global operations and shared services.
Senior Vice President & Managing Director, Americas
Octavio Marquez is responsible for leading the Diebold Nixdorf’s banking operations throughout North and South America. His span of accountability includes sales, service, manufacturing and distribution, professional services, project management, finance and HR. Most recently, Octavio led the Latin American region for Diebold Nixdorf. He successfully repositioned the business, most notably in Brazil and Mexico, to better align with the economic environment and drive growth. Prior to that, Octavio served as managing director for the Mexico operations for EMC, a global leader in IT management and cloud computing. He also held several leadership roles at Hewlett Packard in the areas of manufacturing, marketing, sales, and outsourcing. As President of HP Mexico he transformed the company into the largest IT company in the market and in 2011 Frost & Sullivan named him CEO of the Year in Mexico for the IT and telecommunications industry.

Mike Massey is Vice President & General Manager of Americas Services for Diebold Nixdorf. He is responsible for executing on Diebold Nixdorf’s service strategy for field service, managed services, product installation and repair, proactive maintenance, logistics, repair, escalation, remote resolution and service account management. Mike has extensive experience and success leading field and managed services, especially with companies that have transformed to a service-led model. He has a solid track record of leading services and solutions growth, operational excellence and change leadership with high levels of customer loyalty and employee engagement.
Solution Development Manager, Professional Services
David Melendy is a Solution Development Manager leading teams of subject matter and solution experts in the areas of ATM software, deposit automation, network certification, ATM security, transaction middleware, mobile, marketing and software management solutions. Over the past 21 years, David has held a variety of roles in Diebold Nixdorf’s professional services function. He joined the network certification team in 2012 and has held roles responsible for certification and solution delivery.
Frank A. Natoli, Jr.
Senior Vice President, Systems Operations
Frank A. Natoli serves as the Senior Vice President of Systems Operations for Diebold Nixdorf. He is responsible for ATM operations worldwide. Prior to his current role, Frank served as executive vice president, chief innovation officer. In this role, he oversaw and led the activities of the global research and development organization, including the oversight of collaboration amongst all of Diebold Nixdorf’s global engineering, product management and technology groups, and led the vision and future development of interconnected technologies and solutions. Prior to these roles, he served as vice president of operational excellence and vice president of business transformation. Before joining the organization in 2005, he spent 23 years in the automotive industry in engineering, manufacturing and operations roles.
Vice President, Americas Banking Portfolio
Jodi Neiding is Vice President of Americas Banking Portfolio. She is responsible for the Americas business strategies and lifecycle management of Diebold Nixdorf’s self-service terminals, module technologies and foundational software; ensuring it continues to meet market demand for a comprehensive self-service portfolio. She is also responsible for customer, consumer and market analysis and new business development. Jodi holds a Master of Business Administration with concentrations in Policy and Marketing from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, OH, and a Bachelor of Science degree in journalism with an emphasis in public relations from Bowling Green State University.
Vice President, Professional Services and Software
Michele Riley leads the professional services and software support organization in North America for Diebold Nixdorf, where she is responsible for software delivery, support, providing direction on the software portfolio, and engaging with sales and customers to provide direction and oversight for software and professional services. Michele has been with Diebold Nixdorf for over 10 years working in various roles in the professional services organization, and previously worked as head of IT software development and product management for back-office network provisioning systems at Qwest Communications, Inc., a telecommunications carrier based in Colorado.
Senior Manager, Customer Experience Center
Dan Sibila is Senior Manager, Customer Experience Centers in North America for Diebold Nixdorf. Through collaboration with services, software and hardware systems, he is responsible for delivering a consumer-centric experience to clients at our headquarters and across North America. With over 20 years of experience, Dan has led customer-facing conversations about deposit automation, managed services, and branch automation through teller recycling. Prior to his current position, he held roles as solution platform architect, product manager (CPM), strategic relationship manager, global pricing manager and customer reference program manager. Throughout his career, Dan has continued to be engaged with clients to ensure their customer’s needs are met in a fast-changing financial landscape.

Rick Steinmetz has over 23 years of experience in Professional Services and five years of experience with architectural and engineering services. In his role as PS Manager, he supports Diebold Nixdorf’s enterprise accounts as well as the Network Security Team. Rick regularly conducts PCI- and ATM-related security training across the U.S. for financial institutions. He holds 13 patents for implementation and application/hardware access through the use of certificates related to ATMs, and has a Bachelor’s of Science in Information Systems with a concentration in computer security from Strayer University.

Ben has over 18 years of financial services technology leadership, having worked in various technical and leadership capacities for First USA, Bank One, JPMorgan Chase, Orrstown Bank and most recently as a partner of Summit Technology. Over the course of his career he’s been recognized as Executive of the Year for Banking Innovation, managed complex global teams including supporting JPMorgan’s Payments, Core Platforms and Retail Banking channels, and participated with the Federal Reserve and Department of Homeland Security on industry-wide cyber-security task forces. Ben has earned degrees and studied technology and law at various universities, including Duke University, University of Pennsylvania and Widener School of Law.

Devon is responsible for leading the company’s global marketing operations and strategy, focusing on driving growth through industry thought leadership and effective customer-facing campaigns. Devon joined Diebold Nixdorf in 2012 as a senior director leading product management and innovation. Most recently, he served as vice president, software strategy and operations, through the acquisitions of Phoenix Software and Wincor Nixdorf. Prior to joining Diebold, Devon was an early team member at Apprenda, a leading cloud software and services company, where he focused on business development and go-to-market. He also previously served as a vice president at Primary Ventures, an early stage venture capital firm, where he focused on investments in the software and technology-enabled services sectors. Prior to entering the venture capital industry, Devon co-founded a software-as-a-service (SaaS) analytics start-up and worked in technology consulting.
